Location: Greater London
Delstad Recruitment is seeking experienced Homelessness Officers in Greater London who are knowledgeable about housing legislation, specifically in relation to the duties under Sections 193 and 188 of the Housing Act. Ideal candidates will have experience managing a caseload in frontline services, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
The role demands empathy when dealing with vulnerable applicants and the ability to make legally sound decisions, ensuring that accurate case records are maintained for efficient case management.
