Tower Hamlets Homes Ltd is looking for an experienced EHCP Caseworker to join their SEN Statutory team in Greater London. In this fixed-term position, you will play a critical role in coordinating EHC needs assessments, ensuring children's voices are heard and that legally compliant Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) are effectively drafted and maintained.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, alongside experience in working collaboratively with various agencies to secure positive outcomes for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
