Location: Greater London
New Horizon Youth Centre in London is seeking a Housing Support Worker to assess young people referred to our Accommodation Pathway and provide person-centred support to secure move-on options into independent living.
You'll manage a diverse caseload across accommodation schemes, develop support plans, collaborate with local authorities and external agencies, and maintain accurate records while delivering a high standard of service.
