  • Salary: £27,000 – £28,000 per annum (including London Weighting)

    Hybrid – mix of working from Coram Campus, home, and meetings with young people in the community
Role Overview

We are looking for an Advocate to join our team in London who will provide direct advocacy support to children and young people in various care settings.

Responsibilities
  • Work directly with children and young people in and on the edges of care, providing advocacy support in the community and a variety of settings.
  • Empower and support them to ensure their voices are heard within decision‑making processes that affect their lives.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Coram Voice, engaging effectively with professionals, carers, other stakeholders and children and young people.
Qualifications
  • Transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Desire to promote the rights of children and young people.
  • Holder of an IAP City and Guilds Level 3 or IAQ City and Guilds Level 4 in Advocacy (or willing to obtain).
