Location: Greater London

Service: London & SE Children’s Rights service

Salary: £29,000 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Hybrid and flexible – a mix of working from our London office, from home and regular work with young people in the community

About the role
  • Provide direct advocacy support to children and young people, holding a caseload and championing their rights in collaboration with stakeholders and agencies. This includes working with children and young people who are in care or leaving care, who have or need a Social Worker, who are homeless, or who are disabled.
  • Provide supervision and support to staff Advocates and casework reviews to Associate Advocates who deliver Children’s Rights Services in London and South East.
  • Support the development of service quality and projects for children and young people, ensuring a child‑centered approach.
  • Support monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of projects.
  • Promote good practice across Coram Voice and external organisations, building equitable and inclusive practice across the sector.

Our advocates will have relevant experience with children and young people and may hold a suitable Advocacy Qualification.
