Hackney Borough Council is seeking a practitioner for a fixed-term contract to support foster families in Hackney. You will work directly in foster homes, delivering practical and evidenced-based support to keep families together and promote safe outcomes for care-experienced children and young people.
You will build trust with children and young people, ensuring their voices shape plans, while collaborating with schools, health services and youth hubs to create a network of support.
