Location: Greater London
Overview
Location: London Office / Hybrid Working (2 days in-office, rest from home)
Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 per annum (subject to AWRC pay structure)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term until March 2027 (with potential for extension)
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, trauma-informed, survivor-led support to women experiencing domestic abuse who are in safe accommodation across London.
- Carry out needs and risk assessments and develop safety plans for survivors.
- Advocate for survivors rights in relation to housing, welfare, legal support, and related services.
- Collaborate as part of an intersectional, values-driven team to remove barriers to safety and justice for Black and minoritized women.
- Experience in trauma-informed support or housing advocacy is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and advocacy skills.
- Commitment to survivor-led, intersectional, and values-driven practice.
