Lambeth Council is hiring a Creative Link Worker to maximise the potential of young people aged 16‑24 not in education, employment or training, helping them build confidence, connections and paid opportunities in the creative and digital sectors in London.
You will recruit participants, provide tailored 1:1 employability support, and work with ELEVATE and Lambeth Made partners to connect individuals to relevant training and paid opportunities, while meeting targets and reporting requirements.
