FTE – Merton College – 18 hours a week over 52 weeks a year – £18,496 - £19,838 per annum

• Build and expand external employer partnerships and oversee the monitoring and organisation of work placements and employability activities for full‑time learners.
• Ensure Study Programme/T‑Level learners gain meaningful work experience or industry placements, comply with health and safety policies, and record placements in college systems.
• Develop pro‑active relationships with internal and external stakeholders, work well under pressure, meet deadlines and bring creative problem‑solving and new ideas to the team.

• Degree or relevant professional qualifications in an appropriate subject.
• Active and experienced in creating employer links across a wide range of industries.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Annual leave of 27 days plus up to 8 additional days over Christmas/New Year, and 5 days wellbeing leave to support physical and mental health.
