Single Homeless Project in London is looking for an Assertive Outreach and Transitions Worker to support women at the pivotal point between being offered accommodation and moving in. You will stand with them to ensure a move away from rough sleeping is possible, safe, and led by their choices.
Working across streets, community settings, and our Women’s Recovery Service, you’ll conduct flexible, trauma-informed assessments, remove barriers to accommodation, and provide steady practical support
