New Horizon Youth Centre in London is seeking a committed Outreach/Youth Worker to support rough sleepers and at-risk young people. You will deliver 1-1 and group work, conduct street outreach shifts, and help young people access housing and services.
The role requires flexible hours including early mornings from 5am and late evenings until 1am, with a fixed-term 12-month contract and 35-hour weeks. You will work within a team, develop partnerships, and monitor progress using NHYC systems.
