SPEAR in London's Wandsworth invites applications for a Peer Advocate Worker on a part-time basis (22.5 hours per week). You will connect rough sleepers and homeless clients to primary care, mental health and housing services, and you will build trusted links with housing providers to generate referrals.
You will carry out sensitive casework and liaise with local authorities and health services to help clients access care, with a focus on persistence, trust, and preventing anyone from falling
