Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a Complex Case Recovery Coordinator for a Substance Misuse Service in Whitechapel, London. This is a full-time locum role at £22 per hour, 37.5 hours per week, on a 3-month contract with potential extension.
You will provide support and case management for individuals with complex needs, develop recovery plans, work with multidisciplinary teams, lead group sessions, and maintain accurate records while linking service users to local resources.
