Our Court social workers are active, out in the community, working intensively with children and families and carrying out the kind of investigative assessments that shape decisions about a child’s future.

You’ll build strong relationships, drive meaningful change, and be supported to grow every step of the way.

As a Social Worker in Hillingdon, no two days will be the same within the court team you will

• Build meaningful, relationship-based practice with children and families.
• Be trained in parenting assessments
• Lead and coordinate multi-agency plans that safeguard children and support families.
• Be part of our journey to becoming a fully trauma-informed service, supported by a strong and stable leadership team.
• Access regular supervision, clinical supervision reflective practice, and extensive professional development opportunities.

We’re looking for passionate, resilient, and forward-thinking Social Workers who are ready to make a real impact.

You will be:

• A qualified, experienced Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
• Committed to relationship-based and trauma-informed practice.
• Driven to make a difference for children and families, with a strong understanding of safeguarding and statutory responsibilities.
• Creative, curious, reflective, and always open to learning and improvement.

• Social Worker (POA) - £42,771 - £46,968
• Senior Social Worker (POB) - £48,003 - £52,194
• Plus £4,250 Retention Payment (applicable to both Social Worker and Senior Social Worker grades)
• Potential package value up to £56,444 per annum.

Salary placement will be determined based on qualifications, skills and experience.
