Ascentria Care Alliance is seeking a Residential Counselor to empower teen mothers and their children in a safe, supportive Teen Parenting Program. You will provide counseling, coaching, and daily guidance to help families thrive, fostering independence and self-sufficiency.
You’ll work with a collaborative team to create stable living environments, handle crises with compassion, and support residents in achieving personal and family goals. A driver’s license and 21+ age are required.
