West country Case Management Ltd is seeking a part-time Support Worker to assist a gentleman with a brain injury in his own home in Ashburton. The role includes admin and domestic support, helping access the community, and engagement in social activities, gym and hydrotherapy programmes to promote independence.
Applicants should have experience, a full driving licence with own car, and be prepared to be DBS checked. IT skills are desirable and interviews may be via teleconferencing tools.
