The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea Council is seeking an Income Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support residents with rent arrears, sustain tenancy and maximise income through welfare benefits guidance.
You will manage a caseload, contact residents by letters, calls and home visits, work with Legal, Benefits and Housing Needs teams on complex cases and ensure accurate records and compliant practices.
