Phoenix Futures is recruiting a passionate Family Support Worker to support service users and their families at HMP Pentonville and in the community. You will advocate for clients, signpost to agencies, and contribute to holistic recovery planning.
You'll work as part of the Through the Gate team delivering psychosocial interventions in the final 12 weeks of sentence and after release, with a focus on engagement with commissioned services. Occasional late shifts and weekends apply.
