Harrow Council is looking for an experienced Adult Social Worker to join its Adult Social Care service on a temporary basis. This frontline role supports adults with care and support needs, their carers and families, in line with the Care Act 2014.
You will undertake assessments, develop person-centred care and support plans, manage risk and safeguarding, and coordinate care and services with partners to promote independence and wellbeing.
