Location: Greater London
Croydon Council is recruiting a Social Worker for the Central Locality Team in Adults. The role focuses on prevention, early intervention and a whole-family, strengths-based approach to support, working with residents and their families to maximise life chances.
You will co-create support plans to connect people with services and communities, enabling the best outcomes. The team collaborates with many partners to protect adults, with duties under the Care Act 2014.
