Your Place is seeking a Women’s Support Worker to deliver trauma-informed, gender-informed support to residents in the Complex Needs service. You will hold a caseload of women facing homelessness, domestic abuse, mental ill health and other barriers, providing compassionate practical support and safeguarding.
The role requires building trust at the woman’s pace, coordinating multi-agency services, leading on support planning and reviews, and upholding safeguarding and professional boundaries
