Location: Greater London
Grosvenor Hart Homes is seeking a GHH Practitioner to join our Knowsley hub. You will work with children, young people and families, building strong relationships to plan and deliver bespoke support as tenants move through their housing journey.
The role requires a professional qualification in social work or a related field, with experience in safeguarding, complex case management, and delivering outcome-based support. Travel to Chester/Ellesmere Port may be required.
