About The Role
To build positive, supportive, and respectful relationships with familiesinorder to help support childreninneedofhelporprotection.
Where possible,youwillhelpsupportfamiliestoraisetheir childrensafelywithintheirfamilynetworkbysupportingandaugmentingtheirsupportnetwork. Wherethisis not possible, alternateplans will needto be exploredandimplementedto help ensurechildrengrowupinsafe,nurturing,andhappyhomesthatachievelongtermpermanence.
Appointment to this post will be subject to the outcome of an Enhanced Disclosure obtained through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)
