The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) is recruiting a Housing Officer for the Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team. You will be on the frontline delivering resident-focused housing management for tenants and leaseholders, with a focus on safety, cleanliness and fairness across the borough.
You'll manage tenancy issues, income collection, and neighbourhood services, working with teams to inspect blocks, tackle antisocial behaviour, and keep communities safe.
