22’s Youth Violence Intervention Practitioner role works within Redthread at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich, London, to support young people aged 11-25 who attend hospital after violence or exploitation concerns.
You will maintain a caseload across A&E, wards, community and group settings, supporting post-discharge planning and contributing to service development with safeguarding and data recording.
