Recovery Coordinator within the Complex Case Team in Whitechapel, earning £22.00 per hour. This exciting locum opportunity offers a full-time position for an initial 3-month contract, working Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Join a dedicated service supporting individuals with complex mental health needs, where you will play a vital role in helping service users achieve their recovery goals through tailored support, effective care planning, and collaborative working.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement personalised recovery plans for individuals with complex mental health needs.

  • Build positive therapeutic relationships with service users, supporting them throughout their recovery journey.

  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and partner agencies to deliver holistic and coordinated care.

  • Provide practical and emotional support to help individuals work towards achieving their recovery goals.

  • Monitor progress regularly and adapt recovery plans and interventions as required.

  • Undertake assessments and contribute to risk management and support planning processes.

  • Promote independence, resilience, and wellbeing through strengths-based approaches.

  • Support service users to access healthcare, housing, employment, education, and community resources where appropriate.
