Victim Support is recruiting for an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA) in the London borough of Merton. The role combines face-to-face and remote support within a hybrid working model, from home and the Merton Office. Fixed-term until June 2027, with potential extension subject to funding.
You will deliver high-quality frontline support to victims aged 16+, assess risk, and work within MARAC and local partnerships to prioritise safety.
