Location: Greater London
Prospectus is assisting in recruiting a temporary Learning Disability and Neurodiversity Carers Coordinator in Central London (hybrid). The role is part-time (28 hours/week) with a 2–3 month contract. Start ASAP, pay £17.67/hour plus £2.13 holiday pay.
You will support carers of individuals with learning disabilities and neurodiverse needs, managing referrals, assessments, and tailored guidance. You will work with health, social care, education and community services, developing support plans
