Change Grow Live is recruiting a Non-Medical Prescriber to join a multidisciplinary team delivering recovery-oriented services. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care, prescribing and reviewing medications within local protocols while collaborating with the Recovery Coordinator and team.
Ideal candidates will have a pharmacology or nursing background with relevant prescribing qualifications and experience in substance misuse.
