Childrens Social Worker - Safeguarding

Our Client, a Merseyside council is seeking an Adult’s Social Worker to join their Safeguarding Team. Fantastic payrate of £39.06 per hour! Undertake Care Act assessments, reviews, and person-centred support planning for adults with care and support needs. Manage safeguarding concerns and lead Section 42 enquiries in line with the Care Act 2014, local policies, and procedures. Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes through strength-based practice and early intervention. Assess and manage risk, applying the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and safeguarding legislation appropriately.

Work collaboratively with adults, carers, families, and multi-agency partners to coordinate effective support. Maintain accurate case records, prepare reports, and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and safeguarding forums. Requirements of this role:
Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England. Must have minimum of 3 years post qualifying social work experience
