Housing Officer
West London | Hybrid Working | 9-Month Contract

Are you an experienced Housing Officer looking for a long-term contract where you can genuinely make an impact?

We're recruiting on behalf of a respected London housing provider for a Housing Officer to manage a diverse patch and deliver a first-class housing management service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team in a well-established organisation committed to providing high-quality homes and services to its residents.

This is a true generalist Housing Officer position, giving you exposure to the full tenancy lifecycle, including tenancy management, anti-social behaviour, income collection, lettings, allocations, tenancy sustainment and resident engagement.

The Role

As a Housing Officer, you'll be responsible for managing your own housing patch and delivering excellent customer-focused services to residents.

  • Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Case Management
  • Rent Arrears & Income Recovery
  • Lettings & Allocations
  • Tenancy Audits & Home Visits
  • Mutual Exchanges & Transfers
  • Resident Engagement
  • Safeguarding & Tenancy Sustainment
  • Estate Inspections
  • Multi-Agency Working
  • Supporting Vulnerable Residents

You'll work closely with residents, local authorities and internal teams to ensure communities remain safe, sustainable and well managed.

About You

You'll have experience managing a housing patch and delivering excellent tenancy management services within a Housing Association or Local Authority. You'll be comfortable handling ASB, rent arrears, lettings and tenancy-related issues, while building strong relationships with residents and partner agencies. We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and committed to delivering positive outcomes for both residents and communities.
