Youth Work Development Manager
Locations: Hayes & Walthamstow, London
Salary: £41,200 per annum
Full-Time | Permanent
We're recruiting for an experienced Youth Work Development Manager to lead and develop youth services across multiple London locations. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people aged 11-25
, delivering innovative programmes that create lasting positive outcomes.
- Lead, manage, and develop youth services across multiple sites.
- Design and implement engaging programmes that support disadvantaged and vulnerable young people.
- Ensure services are safe, inclusive, outcome-focused, and delivered to a high standard.
- Manage, coach, and support a team of youth workers and volunteers.
- Oversee budgets, resources, and service performance.
- Build strong partnerships with local authorities, schools, community organisations, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on programme outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to strategic planning and the ongoing growth of youth services.
We're looking for a motivated leader who has:
- A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Youth Work or a related field.
- Experience managing youth services and leading successful teams.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and project management skills.
- Experience designing and delivering programmes for young people aged 11-25.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and youth work best practice.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for helping young people reach their full potential.
- Salary: £41,200 per annum.
