What you will do
  • Collaborate within a multi-agency framework to provide holistic care planning.

  • Maintain comprehensive records as per Council Policy and Data Protection Laws.

  • Ensure compliance with the Customer Service Excellence and Health and Safety standards.
  • Use social work methods to address personal and social challenges faced by clients.
