We are currently recruiting for a Project Worker to join a service based in North London. The organisation operates across four semi-independent services within the borough, supporting individuals with medium to low-level support needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone confident in lone working, who can independently manage a caseload and provide consistent, high-quality support to service users.

Days Per Week:
Rota Working [ Monday - Sunday any 5 days ]
Hours Per Week: 35-37.5hours per week
Location: North London
- Manage a caseload of clients, providing ongoing tailored support
- Deliver effective key working sessions focused on individual needs
- Support clients with benefits, tenancy sustainment, and independent living skills
- Work with individuals who may have complex backgrounds
, including substance misuse - Develop and implement support plans and risk assessments
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation
- Work across multiple service locations within Hounslow (flexibility available if travel is limited)
- Previous experience working in a supported housing / support work setting
- Strong experience in support planning and key working
- Understanding of tenancy-related support and sustainment
- Experience supporting clients with complex needs
, including substance misuse - Ability to work independently and confidently in a lone working environment
- Excellent organisational and caseload management skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working across services
- Enhanced Child + Adult DBS [ideally on update service]
