Overview Recovery Coordinator - Criminal Justice Team
Croydon | Full Time | 37.5 Hours | Permanent
Change begins with a conversation. For many people, reaching out for support is not a straightforward decision.
It can come after months of uncertainty, setbacks or challenges. It can be the first step towards something different. A healthier future. Renewed confidence. Greater stability. A life shaped by opportunities rather than barriers.
At Change Grow Live, we believe every person has the potential to change, grow and thrive.
Guided by our values to Be Open, Be Compassionate and Be Bold
, we work alongside people to help them achieve meaningful and lasting change, whatever recovery looks like for them.
We're looking for a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting individuals to improve their wellbeing, build resilience and move towards the future they want.
Why this role mattersRecovery is about so much more than overcoming challenges.
It's about rebuilding confidence, strengthening relationships, improving health and creating opportunities for people to live fulfilling and independent lives.
Every day, individuals access our services with different experiences, ambitions and support needs. Some are taking their very first step towards change. Others are building on progress they have already made. All deserve support that is personalised, non-judgemental and focused on their strengths.
As a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator
, you'll work alongside people to understand their goals, navigate challenges and identify opportunities that support positive change. Through compassionate support, evidence-based interventions and meaningful relationships, you'll empower individuals to make informed choices and achieve outcomes that matter to them.
By helping people move forward, you'll contribute to healthier communities, stronger support networks and lives transformed through recovery.
The OpportunityThis is an opportunity to join a passionate, multidisciplinary team that is committed to making a real difference every day.
You'll build trusted relationships with people accessing our services, helping them identify their strengths, develop confidence and take positive steps towards their goals. No two journeys are the same, which means no two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to tailor support to each individual's circumstances, aspirations and priorities.
Working collaboratively with colleagues and partner organisations, you'll support people through assessment, recovery planning, risk management and ongoing engagement. Whether helping someone improve their health and wellbeing, reconnect with family and community, access education, employment or training opportunities, or build stronger support networks, you'll play an important part in helping people realise their potential.
You'll also work closely with health professionals, social care colleagues, housing providers, criminal justice partners and community organisations to ensure people can access the wider support and opportunities that contribute to sustainable recovery.
Most importantly, you'll be part of a service that focuses on people's strengths, celebrates progress and helps individuals believe in what is possible for their future.
