Salary £ 31,173 per annum (inclusive of £3,990 Southeast weighting)
Hybrid with some onsite work within the Lambeth Borough
DetailsThis role will be based at our Lambeth Women’s Centre in South London, delivering specialist housing support to women impacted by the criminal justice system in both prison and community settings.
- To deliver an effective accommodation intervention for women impacted by the criminal justice system.
- To develop effective relationships with key stakeholders, such as housing departments, probation, prison, to ensure a collaborative approach to women’s accommodation needs.
- To provide expert advice and support to colleagues, including upskilling through information and training sessions.
- To work with colleagues to take a system change approach to tackling key issues, such as housing, for women affected by the criminal justice system.

- Is subject to an Enhanced and Adult Barred List DBS check.
- Requires that the post holder is not automatically disqualified by (or can obtain a waiver from) the Charity Commission
Annual leave: 30 days plus bank holidays for full time pro-rata. In addition, the office closes for 3 days between Christmas and New Year.
Pension scheme: WIP provides an auto enrolment pension scheme with 5% contributions from the employer and 3% from the employee
