You are able to manage your caseload and meet deadlines as well as support colleagues with debt cases and have effective communication skills and technical skills, using IT programmes to communicate and record client data.
Everything you do will be in line with safeguarding procedures, our anti – racism goals and Equality and Diversity policies and practices.
BenefitsWe offer a wide range of benefits, including 30 days of annual leave, enhanced family friendly policies, pension and interest free travel loans. Our employees also have access to a tenancy deposit loan, payroll giving, cycle to work scheme and an employee assistance programme.
About The TeamThis role will be part of our ongoing work with our Hero Partner which aims to build financial resilience and break the cycles that lead to financial exclusion and poor financial health negatively impacting people’s housing situations.
