Are you passionate about taking employability support directly into youth and community settings and helping young people progress towards education, employment and training? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
Millwall Community Trust (MCT) is developing an integrated targeted Education, Employment and Training (EET) pathway for young people aged approximately 14-24 across Lewisham. The model combines MCT's established Youth Employability Hub and E&E provision with specialist delivery partners, youth services, Jobcentre Plus (JCP), employers, training providers and community organisations.

The postholder will deliver regular outreach/drop-ins across youth and community venues, provide high quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG), mentoring and employability support, recruit and refer young people into structured interventions, and maintain active follow-up through to positive destinations.
This 0.5 FTE role will combine direct delivery, outreach, partnership working and participant tracking.
