Royal Borough of Greenwich is recruiting an Experienced Social Worker for the Community Learning Disability Team (CLDT). The role focuses on adults with learning disabilities, delivering strengths-based assessments and outcome‑driven support in a collaborative, integrated Health and Social Care setting.

We are seeking candidates with 3–4 years’ post‑qualification experience, ideally from a specialist Learning Disability environment.
