Tower Hamlets Council is offering an initial temporary six-month contract for an ASB Liaison Officer, based at E1 1BJ
, with a view to extension or permanency for the right candidate. Rate is negotiable dependent upon experience.
Responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for residents reporting ASB, handling calls and emails, providing support to victims, logging cases using Civica APP and COMINO, and assisting ASB Officers with case administration and referrals.
