Mencap in North London seeks compassionate Flexible Job Coaches to provide 1:1 support to people with a learning disability and/or autism who are working or preparing for work. You’ll accompany clients on their first day, help practice skills, and work with Caseworkers to track progress.
You will liaise with employers to ensure the right support is in place and offer travel training, interview preparation, or on‑the‑job coaching.
