Social Worker​/Senior Social Worker

This is an exciting opportunity to support residents with a range of needs and help them improve their well-being.

We are looking for qualified Social Workers who are dedicated to empowering residents using strength-base approaches. You'll assist individuals in problem-solving and enhancing their skills, helping them live more independently and with greater dignity.

You will manage a caseload of residents, including older people and individuals with physical disabilities, ensuring they receive the support they need.

• Conduct Care Act assessments and develop individual support plans.
• Complete reviews for packages of care already in place.
• Participate in team meetings and professional forums to share knowledge and expertise.
• Apply a preventative and strength-base approach in your practice.
• Conduct S42 investigations to safeguard vulnerable adults from abuse or neglect.

We're looking for Social Workers who possess:

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• The ability to apply research-informed practice in interventions.
• A collaborative approach, working effectively with multi-agency partners.
• A keen desire to build on existing learning, gain experience, and further develop skills within a Social Worker role.

For Senior Social Workers, you will manage a caseload and may have supervisory responsibility for up to two workers within the team.
