Westminster City Council is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join the Joint Homelessness Team at 190 Vauxhall Bridge Road, London. You’ll assess needs, develop care packages and work with rough sleepers to access housing and support services.
You’ll join a multidisciplinary team co-located with healthcare staff, carrying out statutory social work assessments and duties of an Approved Mental Health Professional, with opportunities to train as an AMHP and to work with diverse communities.
