The Role- Lead backend services end-to-end, from design to production
- Collaborate with product and design to turn ideas into scalable solutions
- Shape API contracts, data models, and service boundaries
- Improve reliability, performance and observability of core features
- Strong backend Golang experience (7+ years+)
- Solid system design, API and data modelling skills
- Comfortable owning complex product work from idea to rollout
- Experience working on modern cloud architectures
