• Design, develop, and maintain robust Ruby applications
• Build APIs and back‑end components for web and mobile applications
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Integrate data storage solutions (SQL and No

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
• Collaborate with front‑end developers, designers, and product managers
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications

• Proven experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails (RoR) framework
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming (OOP)
• Experience working with RESTful APIs
• Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL)
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Understanding of automated testing and test‑driven development (TDD)
• Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Heroku)
• Knowledge of background job processing (Sidekiq, Resque, etc.)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops tools
• Contribution to open‑source Ruby projects or active Git Hub portfolio
