My client is looking for a Founding Front End Engineer who wants ownership, impact, and pace.

This role is ideal for someone who:

This is a build-from-the-ground-up role, not incremental feature work.

• Architect, design, and build high-performance React applications
• Create intuitive, elegant, and visually engaging user interfaces
• Collaborate closely with product and design to balance feasibility and aesthetics
• Build reusable, scalable frontend components and libraries
• Leverage AWS-managed services (e.g. S3, Cloud Front, Cognito) for secure deployment
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
• Own code quality through reviews and testing (unit, integration, E2E)
• Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks
• Apply frontend security best practices and industry standards

• Strong experience with modern React and frontend tooling
• High engineering standards and attention to detail
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and ownership
