We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (2–3 years experience) who can independently design workflows, implement features, and deliver working solutions with minimal supervision.

• Design and implement software features using C# (.NET / ASP.NET Core) and SQL Server to meet project requirements and enhance application functionality
• Prepare detailed workflows or logic flows prior to development to ensure clear, efficient coding processes
• Deliver fully functional features independently within agreed timelines to support project milestones and business objectives
• Perform basic testing of developed features to verify functionality and quality before submission for review
• Debug software issues and provide clear, understandable explanations of solutions to facilitate team collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Utilize AI tools as assistive resources while demonstrating independent reasoning and thorough understanding of code logic

• 2–3 years hands-on experience in .NET development
• Proficient in SQL Server, including writing queries and designing database schemas
• Ability to manage and deliver software features independently
• Ability to clearly explain code and logic to team members and stakeholders

• Experience with Git version control system
