Role OverviewYou will work in the Customer Success Development team. They work closely with the Customer Success team to deliver client‑facing work and the Product team to deliver new features and solutions with Fliplet. Fliplet is a software building tool for small to large companies. The software uses HTML, CSS and Java script for full stack functionality. The backend uses a Java script SDK to interact with a set of AWS hosted APIs.
The software produced by Fliplet is published to web, iOS native and Android native apps.

ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & Maintenance
- Develop and maintain new features and solutions with Fliplet.
- Resolve bugs and technical issues from colleagues and clients.
- Use best practice when writing code, including creating reusable code.
- Use the latest AI tools effectively to deliver work.
- Work on multiple tasks each day including bugs, features and documentation.
Project Management & Planning
- Provide accurate estimates for custom development work.
- Keep on track of new AI features.
- Write technical specifications and test plans for new features.
- Attend and contribute to planning, technical, and daily meetings.
- Meet project deadlines and delivery targets.
- Maintain accurate task lists and status information about your tasks.
Collaboration & Communication
- Manage and support clients & colleagues including QA, Customer Success (CS), Product and Engineering teams.
- Respond to emails, Slack and community posts.
- Participate in design reviews.
Standards & Training
- Maintain high delivery and quality standards.
- Share and participate in knowledge sharing and training sessions.
- Participate in company‑wide events (online social events, monthly company update call, performance & reliability day, annual offsites).
Must Have
- Clear communication and fast response
- Experience collaborating and working with people from different professions
- Advanced JavaScript, HTML/CSS/SCSS, and jQuery skills for complex customizations (5+ years of experience)
- Experience with Git Hub in a business environment
- Advanced experience with JS SDKs and REST APIs
- Experience working with chained promises in Java Script
- Experience managing tickets with Jira
- Vue JS (4+ years of experience)
- AI development skills and tools
- Node JS development (2+ years of experience)
- Task planning and estimates (2+ years of experience)
- Experience with debugging/troubleshooting
- Experience with Claude Code or Codex CLI
- Experience with MCP
- Experience in writing technical documentation
Good To Have
- Experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android)
- Experience writing system prompts and using tool calling with AI APIs
