Senior Engineer in Test

• Engage with your squad and the broader product and engineering team to craft software systems that are maintainable, testable, highly observable, and resilient.
• Advocate for automated testing techniques, bringing a deep understanding of trade‑offs and the value of various approaches.
• Lead and advise on quality throughout the design, architecture, and development process, defining and promoting new principles, practices, and patterns.
• Define and implement streamlined testing and automation strategies to ensure efficient, thorough testing processes.
• Develop new tests and tools for both web/mobile frontends and backend APIs/services.
• Identify and overcome challenges in automated test execution and deliver the fastest possible feedback through continuous improvement.
• Take ownership of the software delivery lifecycle, including release automation and production observability.
• Own one or more core areas of the product and engineering stacks, delivering value iteratively.

• Experienced in Java‑heavy environments with a variety of testing tools.
• Positioned closely next to the development team and exposed to production code.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
