The CX team is the face of Capital on Tap’s product offering. We’re a fun, enthusiastic group focused on building elegant and accessible mobile and web platforms for our customers. As a CX Engineer, you’ll work across a diverse tech stack from UI to service and data layers.
What You’ll Be Doing 🗃️- Build robust, scalable mobile solutions using mainly Flutter.
- Own the full SDLC, from the first line of code to production and monitoring.
- Identify bottlenecks and use technologies like AI to drive efficiency gains.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA, and fellow Engineers.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure a high‑quality user experience.
- Translate technical solutions into business‑friendly language to ensure alignment.

- 3+ years of hands‑on Flutter and Dart mobile development.
- Experience building and deploying apps for both Android and iOS.
- Native mobile development in Kotlin or Swift (ideally both).
- Strong testing practices, including unit and integration testing.
- Proven experience in Agile development environments.
- A proactive, supportive, and collaborative team mindset.

- Stage 2: 45‑minute “Tech Chat” with the Team Manager.
- Stage 3: 90‑minute code pairing + 30‑minute values interview.
